The application is due on June 1, 2025. If you submit an application after this date, there will be a $100 late fee.

NOTE: Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be able to participate as a vendor at our event.

All item prices must be marked clearly and sold for the advertised price.

We encourage vendors to offer a Wristband Discount for all official RAGBRAI riders (for example, if a meal is $5 for folks wearing a wristband, it could be $6 for all other people). This helps reinforce registering for the ride.

Vendors may begin setting up at 5P on Monday, July 21, 2025. Set up must be completed by 10A on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.

All vendors must be moved out of their locations by 8A on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 (EXCEPTION: anyone serving breakfast/coffee will need to be out by 11A).
